You can check more of this out in the actual video itself. Try doing the workouts you see in the video 3 times a week for lets say 45 minutes. A question? Do you see sportsmen overweight? No answer!
The majority of the sportsmen are in very good state. Why? Because they train with intensity and Intent. The true answer is that if you want to get fast you have to be willing to put in the work necessary to succeed. You should not expect great results from doing hardly any work. Some athletes train days on end while others barley decide to get out of bed! If you want to get fast or strong or explosive then you have to put the amount of work in necessary.
How do I really get Fast?
People ask me this question all the time and the answer is simple when you combine a good program with hard work and desire you can accomplish anything. People are no let down because others tell them they cant be fast enough. I think that’s crazy! People cant do something themselves and they want to tell you that you cant do it. Now ive done a lot of things in my life, some academic, athletic, spiritual, service and other things im not so proud of. But if there is one thing ive learned from all that, its that you cant give up on a dream you have.
